At GreenFlag, trust and safety are at the core of your dating experience. We’re committed to building a respectful, authentic, and secure community where you are always in control of your journey. Our Trust Charter lays out our key promises to every member.

Commitment 1: Your Search, Your Privacy—Always

• Your location is private. You may see matches near your city or area, but we never share your exact address or real-time location with anyone.
• Contact details (email, phone, true identity) are kept confidential—we never reveal these to other members.
• We comply with relevant privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA, and other US data protection laws). You may request access, correction, deletion, or transfer of your data at any time.

• Social login (if used) is for convenience: we will never post to your networks or reveal your data without permission.

Commitment 2: You’re in Control

• You decide who interacts with you—mutual opt-in is required for messaging. No spam, ever.
• Not interested in someone? One tap hides them from your searches (and you from theirs), forever.
• Don’t want contact from someone you matched with? Block them any time to prevent all future visibility or communication.
• All profile and message controls are at your fingertips, so you stay empowered.

Commitment 3: Real People, Real Connections

• No fake profiles—ever. We do not create or hire people to “boost” conversations or activity.
• Only test accounts used by our technical team for quality checks exist, and those are never part of user-facing searches.

Commitment 4: Authenticity, Moderation, and Safety

• You must be 18 or older to join GreenFlag—no exceptions. We review age verification strictness and swiftly remove any minor accounts.
• Report bad behavior easily: In every user profile and chat, there is a Report button for you to flag any violation, harassment, or suspicious activity.
• Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly and acts decisively—warning, suspending, or banning users who break the rules.
• Repeat or severe violators are removed permanently to keep the community safe.

Commitment 5: Your Voice Matters

• Every feedback, suggestion, or complaint you send is read and considered by a dedicated team.
• Your opinions help us shape new features and maintain community standards—thank you for helping us improve GreenFlag daily.

Commitment 6: Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation or Abuse

• The safety of children is paramount. GreenFlag strictly prohibits any content—including media, messages, or links—that sexualizes or endangers children in any form.
• Absolutely no images of minors’ private areas (blurred or otherwise), nor discussion or depiction of sexual conduct regarding children, is allowed—this results in immediate, permanent ban and referral to authorities.
• If we suspect or are alerted to any child exploitation, abuse, or inappropriate contact, we will report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
• Minors (under 18) are strictly forbidden on GreenFlag. If you suspect such activity, report it—we will investigate and remove any offending profiles immediately.
