1. Eligibility

GreenFlag is for users aged 18 and older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not impersonate another person or create an account for anyone else without permission.

3. Dating and Matching

GreenFlag provides discovery and matching tools intended to help people connect. You are solely responsible for your own interactions and decisions, including any decision to communicate with or meet another user. Exercise caution and good judgment at all times.

4. AI Search and Recommendations

GreenFlag may offer AI-assisted search, recommendations, and compatibility-related features. These results are informational signals only — they are not guarantees of identity, personality, compatibility, intentions, or relationship outcomes.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant GreenFlag permission to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content you post.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services for fraud, scams, harassment, threats, stalking, exploitation, or illegal activity. You may not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, solicit money, or manipulate the platform's matching, search, ranking, verification, reporting, or account systems.

7. Safety and Verification

GreenFlag may offer verification features intended to provide additional trust signals. Verification does not guarantee a person's identity, intentions, safety, background, or behavior.

8. Moderation

GreenFlag may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.

9. Premium Features and Purchases

Certain features may be offered for a fee. Paid functionality is governed by the purchase terms shown at the time of purchase and by the applicable platform or payment provider's terms.

10. Subscriptions

If subscriptions are offered, billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the purchase terms presented at the time of purchase and the applicable platform or payment provider. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable platform.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account through the GreenFlag application. When an account is deleted, associated information may be deleted or de-identified subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

12. Intellectual Property

The GreenFlag name, branding, design, and software are owned by Greenflag LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, AI, verification, payments, and support. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” GreenFlag cannot guarantee relationship outcomes, the accuracy of user identities, or the behavior of any user.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greenflag LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the conduct of other users, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

16. Changes to Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
